Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

At SokherBazaarBD.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. Eligible Returns

Customers may request a return if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

2. Return Request Period

A return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Unboxing Evidence

For damaged or incorrect products, customers should provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging. This helps us verify the issue.

4. Product Condition

Returned products must be unused and, where applicable, returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and other included items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required accessories or packaging may not be eligible for a return or refund.

6. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by SokherBazaarBD.com. We may request additional information or evidence before approving a return.

7. Refund Process

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

8. Refund Time

After approval, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on the payment provider or financial institution. ShurjoPay and PayStation transactions may be subject to their respective processing timelines.

9. Delivery Charges

If the return is caused by our error, such as sending a wrong or damaged product, we may cover the applicable return delivery cost. Returns for other reasons may require the customer to bear delivery costs.

10. Contact Us
